All the fish which is supplied is sustainable .We will show you different varieties of fish and shellfish.How to choose the best and freshest fish and the difference between wild and farmed varieties, we will also introduce you to the new lesser familiar fish offered by your fishmonger. We will be de-scaling, filleting dressing, shelling and preparing fish and shellfish ready for you to cook. Here is an example of what you could be cooking.
