We will demonstrate the way to prepare meat and poultry for cooking. Which joint or piece of meat comes from where on the animal? Which cooking method is best for each joint and piece of meat? choc_mousseA day baking is great fun creating fantastic cakes and biscuits from scratch, learning short cuts and handy baking tips along the way. We will show you how to make cakes, muffins, biscuits and cookies also how to decorate your cakes with icing and frosting and toppings, wether they are for a childs party ,afternoon tea, or gifts for friends and family. The day will be full of sweet treats colour and sparkles.Here is a sample of what you could be cooking.

Each couple will cook completely separate recipes, plenty of tasting and enough food to take home for a couple of meals at home. This is a very hand on course.
