DSC02291Slip on your apron, Roll up your sleeves crank the oven up and lets cook. Today we cook  fantastic dishes where you can put your own stamp on the dishes cooked. Using the best and freshest ingredients our county has to offer, Come and cook with us. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Pork & Apple Pies with English Chutney and Ceeriac Rosti
Lamb Provencal
Sherry Braised Chicken Supreme with Horseradish Crumbs
Steamed Sea Bass with Spring Onion Couscous
Seven Vegetable Tagine

Tarte de Saint -Emilion au Chocolate
Lemon Posset
Rhubarb  Tartlets
Raspberry  Panna Cotta.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
