The Arches cookery demo days are a great introduction to cooking healthy delasparagusicious modern dishes created for the busy lives we lead, during the cookery demo we will show you some fabulous tasty dishes ready in a jiffy ,so delicious and healthy, during the session
there will be tastings and samplingof  the dishes cooked.

We will also show you knife sharpening & knife skills , seasonings, balancing dishes ,flavours and produce know how and cookery methods.

The day starts at 11 am with morning tea coffee and cake, followed by the cookery demo.
