I will give you the lowdo
wn on how to buy and cook the best beef cuts how to spot your Onglet from your Bavette and your Rump from your Flat Iron plus how to master five of the best sauces to serve with steak.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes, which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
