IMG_0917Brimming with practical advice and delicious recipes, the one-day Fish Cookery course at The Arches Cookery School is an absolute must for amateur fish cooks. From filleting mackerel and cracking shellfish to cooking up a fabulous fish supper, we’ll equip you with the know-how and confidence to prepare a wide range of dishes from under the sea. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Fish Burgers with Herb Mayonnaise
Pot Roasted Pollock Chickpeas and Chorizo
Peppered Hake served with Buttered Parsley Pilaf
Lobster Bisque
Tempura Scampi with Ponzu Sauce
Panfried Mackerel & Gosseberry Salsa

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes, which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
