The flavors of North Africa are as diverse as the countries themselves, Centuries of Moorish, Ottoman Turk Arab and Mediterranean influences have left the food of these countries bursting with flavor color andhttp://www.dreamstime.com/royalty-free-stock-photography-goa-spices-image13208187 texture. The foods of these countries are all made complete with various grains beautifully balanced with spices and fruits. Today we cook a selection of popular recipes from, Egypt Morocco, Libya and AlgeriaCermoula

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes, which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills

Also during the day we will demonstrate                                                                                                                                                                            Knife sharpening and knife skills.                                                                                                                                               Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.                                                                                               Seasoning and balancing flavors.
