You do not need to be locked, slaving away in the kitchen whilst your gusts entertain themselves, get them in the kitchen and chat whilst putting the finishing touches to your fab dishes, organized and loving the vibe. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Dukkah Crusted Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan and Capers
Lime Chili Scallops with fresh-minted pea puree
Smoked Duck Salad with Pomegranate Seeds
Grilled Halloumi with Watercress Salad

Glazed Lamb Cutlets with Moroccan Carrot & Tahini Puree
Chicken & Pancetta served on Bean and Vegetable Ragu
Spiced Beef with Polenta and Red onion Relish
Lobster Ravioli with Truffle Butter
Wild Mushroom and Mozzarella Risotto Cakes with Chili Jam
Spiced Stuffed Butternut Squash

Pavlova with Lime Cream
Honey comb Panna Cotta
Pineapple & Chili Upside Down Cake

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
