crab_iceWe cherish our weekends spent with our families and loved ones what better way than to whip up a fabulous lunch or supper to enjoy together. Today we will ignite your passion for cooking and take the seasons best offerings and turn them into inspired quick and delicous recipes which you will love to cook.

Keema Patties with Spiced Chick Pea & Yogurt Salad
Slow Roast ribs with Chipotle bbq sauce
Cauliflower and parmesan croquettes with roasted garlic aio
Wild salmon with fetta lemon and spring onion crust.
Crispy fish tacos with Acacado salsa.
Danish fishcakes with remoularde sauce

The day starts with morning coffee in the demo kitchen followed by the demonstration of all the dishes you will be cooking. Full hands on cooking throughout the day in your own kitchens at your own pace with a break for lunch. All the dishes you create will be taken home.

Also during the day we will demonstrate,
Knife sharperning & knife skills
Seasonings and balancing flovours
Kitchen know-how and handy shortcuts
Timing and preparation skills.
