Something a little different, the glorious rich robust flavor’s of meat and fresh seafood makes a great combination, choosing preparing and cooking meat and seafood and balancing the flavor’s to make sensational dishes. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Clam & Bacon Chowderoysters
Beef Consommé with Shrimp Ravioli
Black Pudding & Scallop Salad
Pork & Prawn Dim Sum
Chorizo & Lobster Risotto
Lavender Salt Crusted Lamb Fillet with Anchovy Butter Tuna & Beef Capriccio
Mussel & Parma ham
Pancetta wrapped Scallops.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes, which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate                                                                                                                                                     Knife sharpening and knife skills.                                                                                                             Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
