food produced. The Beauty of the Vale of York a great growing basin of land, The Wolds and moors with abundance of game and animals. The Dales with the best Dairy products and fantastic B
eers and Cheese not forgetting the rivers,lakes and sea with its festival of seasonal fare, we shall cook a menu suitable for a fantastic Lunch, Dinner or Supper for friends. Here is an example of what you could be cooking.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstartion of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills.
