d dress your fish and seafood ready for cooking, Then you create gorgeous recipes we have developed for you. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Breaded Whiting Fillet & Lemon Mayo
Battered Langoustine tails & Dill Salad
Summer Fish Pie

Steamed Ginger Fish
Japanese Fish Cakes

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all t
he dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skill
