From the rich and indulgent to the light and refreshing IMG_0002we have a pudding to please everyone, festive favorites are also on the menu, if your after something new to wow your guests we have new inspired sweet treats too, here are some delicious puds you could be cooking.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes, which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
