For those busy times when you want something delicious here are some mouthwatering prep ahead dishes, all of thesepies_scarf recipes can be made in advance and frozen and they are an easy way to up your five a day, here is a selection a delicious dishes you could be
cooking.

Slow Cooked Beef Chili
Moroccan Lamb Tagine
Slow Braised Spicy Pork and Prunes
Goats Cheese and Walnuts Tarts
Fragrant Cauliflower Curry with Keralan Lemon Rice.
Baked Vegetables with Feta
Italian Fish Stew
Filo Pastry Salmon Pie
The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills. Also during the day we will demonstrate                                                                                                                                                                             Knife sharpening and knife skills.                                                                                                                                                                                   Seasonings and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
