We will also pair the dishes with wine which enhance the amazing flavours, this course is for the true meat lover who wants to perfect steak cooking , making delicious sauces and loves wine pairing.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes, which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
