On the Rise Bread Making

Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm love baking bread at the Arches, the whole process is so rewarding proving ,kneading ,knocking back baking and the joy of taking your breads out of the oven & eating warm home baked bread is wonderful. Today we go global we have taken breads from around the world for you to perfect. Hewre is a selection of breads from around the world you could be baking.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
Preparation and timing skills

This course starts at 10am and finishes at 3pm
