This is a great time to pick and harvest all those late summer berries and hedgerow delights and make some stunning Jam Jellies and Preserves, they are so easy to make you will be a pro in no time and ready to experiment with different fruits and flavour,s. The pickles and chutneys are also very easy to master, we will guide you through what is good and works well and what ingredients should be avoided. This is a great day out and you get to take home your jams and pickles for your family to enjoy. Here is a selection of preserves & pickles you could be bottling and taking home

Lemon Curd
Pickles Onions
Quince Jelly

The price includes morning tea,coffee cake and a light lunch, all your beautiful preserves will go home with you to enjoy over the winter months.
