Our Easy Fish course combines some great recipes,how to choose good fish and the skills to prepare and fillet whole fish and seafood. We will be working with the freshest and seasonal fish from our local seas and learning how easy fish cookery can be. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills.
Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavours.
