artichokeWe at the Arches are fully aware of the extremely busy lives our clients lead with this in mind we have created a course which allows you to create lunch or dinner parties in limited time yet delivering superb results, We will give you some fantastic menu ideas and you will created your own dishes, Here are a few dishes you could be cooking.

Lamb Shank pies
Hay Baked Chicken and Roasted Celeriac
Balsamic Pork Belly with Caramilized Figs & Thyme Pilaf
Flash Fried Sirloin Steaks with Mustard Seed Dressing
Fragrant Bengali Fishcakes with Samphire Salad & Green Mango Rhaita
Baked Pea Risotto with Gremolata Salad

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavours.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
