bangersWe have created a course, which celebrates all the fantastic meat, and fresh produce from our local farmers and of course my mother who supplies the Arches with glorious vegetables herbs and salads from her magic garden. The recipes today celebrate all, which is fantastic with our great county. Here is a selection of dishes you cold be cooking.

Courgette & Red Onion Fritters with Pear Salsa
Rocket Soup with Herb Croutons
Jerusalem Artichoke with Bacon & Camembert
Char Grilled Bread with Mums Tomato concass.

Dexter Beef & Ale pie with Horseradish Mash
Chicken & Smoked Bacon Rosti with Chive Cream
Lemon Pork Scaloppini with Puy Lentlis & Baby Veg
Navarin of Moor Lamb with Mint Guacamole & Vegetable Rice
Little Pea Falafels with Radish Pea shoot salad Homemade flat Bread and Lemon Hummus
Primavera Puffs with New Potato Waldorf salad.

Cherry Almond Crumbles
Gooseberry & Honey Brioche Pudding
Chocolate & Strawberry Tort.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
