We will have a fantastic day cooking a funky repertoire of vegetarian cuisine concentrating on balanced nutritional and seasonal dishes using some of the freshest produce our county has to offer, we will be creating dinner party menus and great snacks. Here is a sample of what you could be cooking.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
