pork_lacesTodays course will give you a chance of using your knives to their full potential, Starting with sharpening and maintaining your knives. We will demonstrate the way to prepare meat and poultry for cooking. Which joint or piece of meat comes from where on the animal? Which cooking method is best for each joint and piece of meat? All the meat and poultry are locally sourced. This course is suitable for all skill levels. We will also be,

Filleting

The day starts with morning coffee and tea in the demo kitchen, followed by the butchery demonstration. We will start with poultry in the morning followed by lunch and the big butchery in the afternoon.
