We love to entice all you lovely couple away for a fantastic day cooking together. You will be cooking two different spring menus with the freshest produce our county has to offer. The day will be full hands on cooking, tasting and even more to take home with you. Here is a sample of what you could be cooking.
Herby Lamb Cutlets, Sweet Onion Sauce & Cannellini Bean Mash
Chicken & Wild Mushroom en Croute with Dauphinoise Sweed
Salted Belly Pork with steamed Cavalo Nero, Celeriac Gratin and stuffed tomatoes
Poached Salmon served on Langoustine Broth with Pickled Samphire Salad
Hot Fig and Vanilla Pudding
Espresso & Chocolate Sylabub with Salted Caramel
The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
