spaghetti_waterfallInspired by travels throughout Italy, we share our favourite Italian dishes in our Italian Kitchen cooking class. Based on a traditional trattoria menu we will make pasta, risotto, bake ciabatta, tiramisu and many other classics that will transport you to Italy for the day. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Potato Dumplings with Gorgonzola Sauce
Polenta with Chicken & Sausage Stew
Arancini Balls with Fennel Gratin
Fish Soup
Ricotta & Spianch Tortellini with Tomato Sauce

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes, which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
