Today we will take a trip around the Orient and Asia. Learning to master the unique tastes,vegetables, ingredients and cooking techniques tantalizing Stir Fry’s, Curries, Noodles & Rice’s we will cook dishes from japan, China, Malaysia and Thailand. Also we will spend some time understanding the fusion of flavor’s and how they all work in the dishes. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
