The key to this is preparing ahead, then just letting the oven do its thing, whatever the occasion, whether dinner party or informal lunch, we have it covered, Of course, the Sunday roast takes center stage- including a vegetarian options and we haven’t forgotten all those important sides. Here is selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Brained Chicken with Cider,Pears and Pumpkin
Pulled Pork with Fennel & Mustard
Beetroot, Potato & Taleggio Gratin
Baba Ghanoush and Salsa
Pea Fritters
Spiced Red Cabbage with Juniper and Bay
Swiss Chard
Roast Carrots with Cumin
Plaice in Hazelnut Brown butter with Samphire
Smoked Haddock & Leek Tartle

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new-found skills.
