fishtail_redpepperA brilliant  cookery course, fabulous local and world fish dishes and accompaniments we will cover general fish know-how, cooking techniques, seasoning balancing flavours and creating show stopping fish dishes whether for mid week supper or dinner parties, here are a selection of dishes you could be cooking,

Baked Chermoula Salmon with Lemon & Mint Couscous
Crispy Skinned mackerel with Asian Dressing
Cajun lime Snapper with Black Bean Salsa
Mallorcan Hake & Potato Puree
Seafood Pancakes                                                                                                          Lobster Mac n Cheese
Bouillabaisse with Rouille                                                                                             Indian Fish Pie

The day starts with morning coffee in the demo kitchen followed by the demonstration of all the dishes you will be cooking. A  lunch will be served followed by a hands on  afternoon cooking . All the dishes you create you take home.

Also during the day we will be demonstrating,
Knife sharpening & knife skills
Seasoning and balancing flavors
Kitchen know how and handy shortcut
Timing and preparation skills.

Nothing to bring with you but yourself.
