dreamstime_s_2864815The Mezzogiorno area of Italy is the sun soaked southern part of Italy’s boot, it is considered the heart of the Mediterranean, meals are flavorsome and sustaining, its food for the people who work the land and fish the rivers and hearty but also fit for the long hot summer days and balmy nights making the most of full flavored colorful vegetables. Beautiful grassy olive oils simple meats and fish,bergamont citrus and of course spicy salami a festival for the plate, here is a selection of recipies you could be cookin

Burrata and blood orange salad
Couscous and fish broth
Beef rolled with cheese and wild mushrooms
Stuffed Calamari

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills
