9.30am for a 10 am start. Tea and coffee and biscuits over a short introduction to the Arches and me, safety in the kitchen and the day ahead.

2. What time does it finish?
We will be finishing at 4pm, we will have completed our cooking a little before then and we can spend time discussing the dishes you have created and the day we have spent together. If you need to rush off that’s fine. If you want to sit and relax that’s ok too. We have a beautiful outdoor seating area for summer which is a great place to relax at the end of a creative and productive day.

3. What to wear?
Your everyday clothes are fine, but don’t forget we are working in a kitchen so you will get warm. Shoes should be flat and comfy, no open toe sandals please. You will be given an Arches Apron to protect your clothes, which you will be able to take home at the end of the day.

4. What should I bring?
Yourselves and a smile, we shall supply everything else.

5. What can I expect on the day?
The day will be relaxed informative and very hands on. I will demonstrate the dishes you are going to create and a few more just for fun. There will be plenty of dishes for you to sample throughout the day and when we have finished we can sit down and chat about what we have learnt.

6.Will I be on my feet all day?
The day will be busy and you will be on your feet to cook, but we want the day to be enjoyable so we start with demonstrations, where you will be sat at the demo table. We will then have a break at around 12.45 ish for 30 mins for a light lunch and refreshments. In summer, on nice days, we will take our breaks outside.
